Imagine you are walking into your favorite retail store, and a smiling sales specialist greets you at the door and says, stop right there.  You cannot enter the store until you tell me your name, phone number, email and why you are here or they don’t engage at all.

This is the current online sales environment, or what I like to call the problem: brands and retailers lack ANY online customer engagement and are not driving or maximizing online sales conversion. 

I think we all feel this void and that is why we built the company.  My sister and fellow co-founder, Olivia, was sitting on a beach shopping online and couldn’t find anyone to answer her questions about a pair of earrings she wanted to purchase.  

The solution is to get people trained in the new virtual sales channel.  We created the first and only Virtual Retail Sales Certification programs worldwide, that educate retail sales specialists in all industries on how to drive a sale through a virtual sales channel through chat box communication and virtual experiences.

Companies spend thousands of dollars on driving traffic to the website, when you get to the website there is all this technology to wow you.  However, now they are not seeing a ROI on that technology and increased traffic, because they are missing the last part of the magic trifecta - training people to engage their customers.
